We really enjoyed staying here. A Beautiful home as shown and written. A very peaceful environment calm and quiet. Host was amazing with clear instructions and quick responses when needing help.

Kacey and Sean’s place was a dream come true and they were super kind hosts. We LOVE South Carolina and Murrells Inlet, Huntington Beach State Park, and Pawley’s Island are our fast favorites. You just cannot beat the scenery in those spots and feel right at peace. Impossible not to relax when here. The house was spotless and well stocked. We traveled in a group of 10 and had more than adequate space to chill on the gorgeous porches (wrap around), go to the beach, float in the pool, cook a meal together and eat dinner around the large table. Tons of restaurants and fun water sport activities in walking distance (we did banana boats and parasailing) and to cool off be sure to stop by Twisters for some soft serve. We also did a day trip to Boone Hall Plantation and Charleston. If you like more touristy things and shopping, we recommend Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and Myrtle Beach Pier, which is just a short car ride away. Our stay was excellent! The house and furnishings were gorgeous! I loved all of the stone work. The outside was really nice with the porches to sit on. Had a great area with fire pit. They thought of everything.. the kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were provided with shampoo and conditioner, plenty of towels. It was located close to downtown Banner Elk and our favorite restaurant there (Sorentos) Will be a great place to revisit! Thanks Kacey and Sean Patrick, Terri, MacKenzie and Logan Joyner

Kacey & Sean have a beautiful property! They are very responsive, even before we booked they were very helpful in answering questions about the area (and when I forgot my AirPods, they promptly got them back and me which I’m very grateful for!) We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Banner Elk is a cute little town, Sugar Mountain was amazing to watch the fireworks from on 4th of July. Overall, great area, beautiful property, we would definitely stay again. **Added bonus, the deer are very friendly and walked right up to us!

AMAZING!!!!!! We had to unexpectedly find a place for 16 people last minute (our first house had issues). Kacey and Sean were amazing - getting us in on short notice (like the same day). The house is just amazing! The pictures are accurate. Very clean, every amenity you need was there. Just bring your clothes and groceries. Plenty of ample living space. We had 11 adults and 5 kids. Mattresses, bedding, pillows - amazing. Each bathroom had plenty of towels , body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The kitchen is huge and well organized with coffee and spices. The pool is gorgeous - outside grill and blackstone. Pool floats, beach chairs, kayaks, sand toys, etc. A private dock, at low tide the kids could walk on the sand. 4 nice bikes to take to the beach - with helmets. You could walk to the beach too. Our group comments "she thought of everything", "love the view", "it felt like home" There is not enough room to leave all the amazing thoughts!! It was Paradise!

We’re two families with 4 teenagers who love traveling together. This place was in the perfect location for us! We loved being able to walk to the Marshwalk. The backyard was fantastic and we spent several days enjoying the pool! Beds were comfortable and the house is beautifully decorated. Definitely one of our favorite rental homes we’ve ever stayed in. We had an issue with a broken toilet seat but the hosts responded and fixed it right away even though it was a holiday! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering!

The house was exactly as listed (which is a big plus considering the pictures seemed great!) We visited the Huntington Beach with the pass and it was super easy with 4 kids in tow. They have a nature center with touch a tank which was also cool. We needed a place to relax yet entertain the kids between family events and the pool was perfect. There were so many extra details that they had such as extra bath soaps, extra towels (including beach towels), and everything was labeled in the kitchen which was awesome. They even had ziploc bags and wrap for food storage (things we don’t think to pack) so I loved it. The hosts were very informative and kind. Highly recommend the house for families or even a friend getaway because some bars and restaurants are down the street!

A fantastic home and location for our three-generation family celebration. The house itself is great, roomy, and thoughtfully appointed. Those of us with kids spent a ton of time at or in the pool, and the outdoor kitchen was an unexpected bonus. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, or take one of the beach cruisers. Kasey and Sean are very responsive… a bit like a private concierge with helpful recommendations. We hope to be back!

Very clean and nice space! The home is very pretty and decorated well. We didn’t use the hot tub but we did make some s’mores by the fire. Nice private area, we enjoyed seeing the deer go up the hill. Thank you for opening your home to us!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage. Although we did not get to spend too much time there (because we were in Banner Elk for a wedding), we did enjoy the hot tub one evening and a few games of pool. :-) The shampoos and conditioners were a nice touch and the beds were comfortable. We also saw a fawn and mama deer nearby. Thank you for a great home.
