Great home! Super comfy & welcoming! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for our hiking plans, but we really enjoyed spending the day in downtown Boone, North Carolina! Great host to work with, we unfortunately had to check out a day early due to a family members back home being hospitalized, hosts were able to modify our reservations accordingly. We definitely look forward to coming back, hoping to for fall break!

The home was just as described. Kacey & Sean were very responsive - both ahead of and during our stay. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated. The backyard was a shaded oasis; we made great use of the pool and outdoor kitchen. We were a multigenerational family of 12 - everyone enjoyed the home and our time there. All in all, a lovely stay!

Beautiful mountain house with a beautiful view—- this house was perfect a mountains trip for two families! The location was great, only a few miles from downtown with plenty to do and see. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk bed room, running around the backyard and watching the deer who visited daily to eat apples from the tree in the backyard! The house was clean and well stocked with dishes, coffee, spices etc. which came in handy! Plenty of space for us to spread out and relax. Kacey and Sean were easy to communicate with and helpful as well. We can’t wait to come back next summer!!

Wonderful place, Loved the outdoor nature with the deer and the peaceful setting even with 4 couples together . Each couple had their own space with bedroom and bath. And great area to gather for activities. A place I would return to enjoy the mountains.

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our family vacation. Kacey & Sean helped us find a local business to rent recliners for our older folks. They also helped us assess the home prior to our arrival for safety since we’d have a little one with us that isn’t safe on stairs yet. Upon arrival, we quickly move things that could be broken out of the reach of the little one and installed a baby gate at the top of the stairs. Once we unloaded groceries, we hit the pool. The pool was well maintained and provided fun for the whole family. The home came with LOTS of beach towels and we were thankful this provision. Those towels were used every day either at the pool or the beach. The home is walking distance to the Marshwalk, lots of restaurants, and ice cream! We also found that CFA delivers here…a family favorite! We appreciate the wonderful communication with our hosts during our stay. They made this vacation super easy for us.

This beach house was great! Literally steps from your own dock and a short walk to an amazing beach that we had practically to ourselves. We spent every morning on the deck taking in the view. The place had everything we needed and the things you like to see in a summer beach house. Great AC, plenty of hot water, a well stocked kitchen with lots of countertop space and great bedrooms for each family just to name a few. The pool was excellent with amazing views both night and day. Would stay again for sure.

Kacey and Sean’s place was a dream come true and they were super kind hosts. We LOVE South Carolina and Murrells Inlet, Huntington Beach State Park, and Pawley’s Island are our fast favorites. You just cannot beat the scenery in those spots and feel right at peace. Impossible not to relax when here. The house was spotless and well stocked. We traveled in a group of 10 and had more than adequate space to chill on the gorgeous porches (wrap around), go to the beach, float in the pool, cook a meal together and eat dinner around the large table. Tons of restaurants and fun water sport activities in walking distance (we did banana boats and parasailing) and to cool off be sure to stop by Twisters for some soft serve. We also did a day trip to Boone Hall Plantation and Charleston. If you like more touristy things and shopping, we recommend Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and Myrtle Beach Pier, which is just a short car ride away. Wish we didn’t have to leave. -Sibylle
