Kacey and Sean have a lovely home and are great communicators. The location and home were everything we wanted and needed to enjoy our family holiday get together. The home provides space and privacy for those needing to rest and relax as well as gathering spots for those who want to hang out together. Some watched the game on TV while others played their guitars or made gingerbread houses on the large dining room table. I enjoyed cooking for my family and having our early Christmas dinner of grilled filet mignon and baked potatoes. The kitchen is well stocked, and the dining table and island accommodated a sit down dinner for twelve. My family agreed that we would definitely stay there again--hopefully when we can enjoy the pool and outdoor spaces as well. Being within walking distance to restaurants and live music was an added bonus. Our stay at the Pura Vida Villa was a wonderful experience and great way to start the holiday season!

This space was incredible! Kacey & Sean are fantastic hosts—though we were very familiar with the location, they provided tons of information that would be helpful to someone visiting the area for the first time. The home was spotless and absolutely beautiful. We loved the wrap-around porch and outdoor space. The bedrooms and closets were huge! Everything was really lovely; the only thing I would say to other potential visitors is that my parents (in their late 60s) had a *little* bit of trouble with the stairs due to their arthritis—as is typical of most beach houses, the kitchen and main living area is on the second floor, so you do need to use the stairs even though the primary suite is on the first floor. Just something to keep in mind for those with mobility difficulties. Overall, this was a truly amazing place, and we hope to visit again! I can’t recommend this space enough—5-star visit, for sure!

Responsive host. Simple check-in. House is gorgeous. Amenities are well maintained. Location is great! We had four children under 8 and didn’t have issue with the room setup. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shops etc. The pass for the beach made things easy as well. For those looking for something other than seafood - I would highly recommend Pa’ Picar food truck. It was some of the best food we had during our stay. Also, skip Starbucks…check out Brown Fox Coffee Box! She is great. We would stay at this location again.

This beach house was great! Literally steps from your own dock and a short walk to an amazing beach that we had practically to ourselves. We spent every morning on the deck taking in the view. The place had everything we needed and the things you like to see in a summer beach house. Great AC, plenty of hot water, a well stocked kitchen with lots of countertop space and great bedrooms for each family just to name a few. The pool was excellent with amazing views both night and day. Would stay again for sure.

We had to unexpectedly find a place for 16 people last minute (our first house had issues). Kacey and Sean were amazing - getting us in on short notice (like the same day). The house is just amazing! The pictures are accurate. Very clean, every amenity you need was there. Just bring your clothes and groceries. Plenty of ample living space. We had 11 adults and 5 kids. Mattresses, bedding, pillows - amazing. Each bathroom had plenty of towels , body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The kitchen is huge and well organized with coffee and spices. The pool is gorgeous - outside grill and blackstone. Pool floats, beach chairs, kayaks, sand toys, etc. A private dock, at low tide the kids could walk on the sand. 4 nice bikes to take to the beach - with helmets. You could walk to the beach too.

A fantastic home and location for our three-generation family celebration. The house itself is great, roomy, and thoughtfully appointed. Those of us with kids spent a ton of time at or in the pool, and the outdoor kitchen was an unexpected bonus. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, or take one of the beach cruisers. Kasey and Sean are very responsive… a bit like a private concierge with helpful recommendations. We hope to be back!

We had an incredible week at Pop-a-Cork! The amount of space this property has is truly impressive! We had 3 families and everyone had ample amount of space to spread out comfortably. The host has gone above and beyond on their attention to details and amenities. We especially loved the pool area, the private beach area on the inlet, & evening porch sits. We were sad to leave our week at this place and can’t wait to return!
